By accessing or using the services provided by Megaabyte, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Megaabyte provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, branding, digital marketing, and UI/UX design. Specific deliverables will be outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or contracts.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and clear communication to ensure project success. Delays on the client's end may impact project timelines.
Upon full payment of all invoices, the client assumes ownership of the final deliverables unless otherwise stated in the contract. Megaabyte retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Payment terms, including milestones and late fees, are specified in the individual project contracts. Due to the custom nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before completion, the client will be billed for the pro-rated amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
Megaabyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
